I hope someone can find this as this was old and on a no-name website by it's creator back when ezBoard was the thing but here goes:
This flash had two parts (or episodes, whatever) and was named Frog-Zilla (I believe this was the name), but the only thing I remember about it is that one episode had the song"Surfin' in the USA" in it.
