Max framerate Flash can handle

From what I understand Flash can technically output more FPS but it becomes unstable and slow, and I can't set the stage framerate above 120FPS in CS6, so I'm going to assume this to be the limit.

[PP34] Shygal Bounce 2 (120FPS).swf (5.9 MiB)
720x480, Compressed (Deflate). 1 frame, 120 fps (00:00).
Ver15, AS1/AS2. Network access: No. Text: Yes.
Bitmaps: Yes. Audio: No. Video: No. <METADATA>

My monitor doesn't go above 60hz so I can't really tell the difference, but this is appreciated as I know I'll get my hands on a higher refresh rate monitor someday. Thanks.
