Finding a flash

Hello /f/rens I'm trying to find a flash loop that I can't remember the file name for!
IIRC it was posted fairly regularly, it's a scene from an 80s or 90s anime where a woman is holding a drink in a bar and is constantly walking to the right(?), looked very cyberpunk and has an overall dark appearance.

if you can think of some more possible filename words you can try going through search results like this. if it was posted regularly it should have been tagged as a non-pornographic loop.
